  • a few sprigs of green parsley, salt, pepper

Method of preparation

Choose new potatoes as small as possible, put them in a bowl of lukewarm water for 5 minutes. Clean them. If some potatoes are larger, cut them in halves or quarters. Wash and drain on an absorbent napkin.

Put them in a pot of water and half a teaspoon of salt. Let them boil for only half, 15-20 minutes. Drain the water in which they boiled and pour them into a baking tray. Add the butter cubes and sprinkle with pepper. Mix lightly with a wooden spoon to cover all the potatoes with a layer of butter.

Put them in the well-heated oven and bake them over high heat until they brown nicely, about 20 minutes.

Take them out of the oven and immediately sprinkle finely chopped dill and green parsley on top. Serve immediately with seasonal salads and sour cream or yogurt sauce. GOOD APPETITE!

How to make these new baked potatoes & # 8211 golden and tasty & # 8211 recipe for baked french fries?

I turned on the oven at 220 C, so that it would be well heated when I put the new potatoes in it (high stage for the gas ones). I soaked the new potatoes in cold water (for 10 minutes) and then rubbed them lightly with a clean kitchen sponge, under running cold water. I clarified them well. I didn't peel them! It is enough to be thoroughly washed with dirt and dust and thoroughly rinsed in several cold waters. If you really want to, you can also peel them. I drained them in a strainer. I tried to get rid of as much moisture as possible. In the end, I dabbed them individually with absorbent paper towels.

I cut the potatoes into large pieces (halves or quarters) and placed them in an oven tray. I salted them well and sprinkled them with oil. I mixed them by hand. I sprinkled them with a little paprika and they will have a great color! You can also add a little cumin or dried thyme. I did not cover the tray with foil and I did not put water !! New potatoes contain a lot of water in the tissues and are also very fragile.

I put the tray in the oven well heated to 220 C and I set the time to 25 minutes. After this time, I turned the potatoes in the tray, using a spatula. I left them for another 20-25 minutes, until they browned nicely.

2 green onion bundles,
250 g Telemea cheese,
2 eggs,
1 connection marar,

Add oil to a tray, 150 ml, grease the side edges, gently shaking the tray.

Add finely chopped green onions, form a bed.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

Put 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a cup of hot water, mix and pour over the potatoes.

Shave half the amount of telemea.

Beat the eggs with the rest of the grated telemea and finely chopped dill, pour over the potatoes.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

At the end, garnish with the rest of the telemea and eat with a tomato salad.
