You put all the ingredients in the slow cooker and as long as it does its job you can prepare something else without taking care of it, and in the end you get a delicious dish.
The goat meat came out very tender and tasty and was really to the liking of the whole family.

  • 500 g goat meat
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • rosemary
  • paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • for sauce:
  • 2-3 tomatoes

Preparation time: over 120 minutes

Cut all the vegetables into cubes and place them in the ceramic bowl of the Crock-Pot slow cooker.

Bone the pulp and cut it into generous pieces and place it over the vegetables. Sprinkle the spices and sliced ​​garlic over the meat. Pour in the olive oil.

Pass the tomatoes with the blender, add salt and pour the sauce over the meat

Cover with the glass lid and set the Crock-Pot to high mode (4 hours).

A delicious mince came out. The goat meat was very tender and tasty.
