Sour sorrel soup with smoked chicken!
In gastronomy, the first notes on sorrel appeared in the 12th century, in France. In Europe it began to be added to food quite recently: only in the last century.
Sorrel is a low-calorie food product: 22 kcal / 100 g (boiled - 20 kcal / 100 g). Its pleasant, sour and fresh taste offers a lot of possibilities, in terms of adding in different dishes: salads and appetizers, spicy sauces, baking fillings, useful and invigorating drinks. Cold and hot soups are made from sorrel leaves.
Today we suggest you prepare a sorrel soup with smoked chicken breast. This recipe differs from the usual methods of preparing soups: first fry the vegetables and smoked meat, and in combination with sorrel, the soup acquires a unique taste and aroma.
-350 g of smoked chicken breast
-salt, ground black pepper - to taste.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1.Cut the onion and potatoes into cubes.
2. Heat the oil in a suitable saucepan. Add the chopped onion and garlic passed through the garlic press. Fry them for 3 minutes, over medium heat, stirring frequently.
3.Add the mashed potatoes and fry everything for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
4.Put the carrot through the large grater. Add it to the pan and stir. Heat everything for another 5 minutes on low heat.
5.Cut the smoked meat into cubes. Add it to the pan and stir.
6. Season the frying with salt and ground black pepper. Then pour water over it and mix.
7. Bring the soup to the boil, then simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
8. Meanwhile, wash the sorrel and cut it into small pieces.
9. Add the sorrel to the soup and mix.
10. Beat the eggs with a fork until smooth. Then, stirring constantly and vigorously, pour them into a thin jet into the soup.
11.After the eggs have coagulated, take the soup off the heat. Cover with a lid and let it soak for 10-15 minutes.
12. Serve the soup, seasoning it with fermented cream (you can combine it with chopped dill).

Smoked bone soup
My favorite soup is smoked bone soup, it seems very suitable after the holidays when we feel the need to clean ourselves after so many heavy foods.
Method of preparation:
Wash the pork bones well. They are boiled in a 4 liter pot of water to cover the bones.
Add a teaspoon of salt and froth very well.
After that, add a finely chopped onion, sliced carrot, vegetables, mashed tomatoes.
Add 1 tablespoon of well-washed rice.
When ready (the meat must be able to come off the bones), add 1 teaspoon of lemon salt. Then, beat the egg in a bowl and with the polish take it out of the soup and add it over the egg, beating continuously. Thinly soak the soup until the bowl is full and pour into the soup. Mix well.

Ingredients (for a 1000 g bread):
- 320 ml water
- 425 g white bread flour (type 480 or 650)
- 75 g whole wheat flour

Marinela, I only use the measures from the bread machine because I have spoons and teaspoons of different sizes :)
And milk. I have put normal milk instead of water so many times that I am more than sure that this recipe will not suffer either. The milk helps it grow and gives it a more colorful crust.
It wouldn't be the first time. The last combination of this kind was based on smoked salmon and pieces of parmesan placed on a slice of toast greased with butter.
This time I gave up canapés, and salmon was replaced by tuna (still smoked). The texture and taste are totally different, so I tried a different assortment of cheese. It turned out to be a spicy Gorgonzola, but it could also have been a Roquefort.
And the final touch was the (semi) red onion ring, a little hot, a little sweet.

1/2 kg. beef, 2 onions, 2 carrots, 2 tablespoons rice, 1 pc. pastry, 1/2 tablespoon broth, 1/2 pc. celery, 2 pcs. potatoes, 2 pcs. tomatoes,, 2 l water, salt, parsley, larch, 1/2 l cabbage juice, 1 leek, 1 pc. parsley root
Method of preparation:
Wash the meat, cut into suitable pieces and place in a pot with water and salt, on the fire. When it starts to boil, remove the foam several times, until it no longer forms, then add a pinch of salt. Peel a squash, grate it and chop it finely. When the meat and vegetables are almost cooked, add the rice, picked and washed. Tomatoes, peeled, symbolized and cut into slices, add a little more oil. In the absence of tomatoes, put the broth dissolved in a tablespoon. Let it boil for another 20 minutes. Separately, boil the cabbage juice in a bowl and, when it boils, pour it through a strainer into the soup pot. After the soup has boiled a few more times, add salt and sour cream, adding if necessary juice or lemon salt dissolved in water. When ready, add the finely chopped parsley and dill leaves.
Theoretically we should eat fish every day. Basically, we kind of skip the days. I had a can of sprot in tomato sauce that I used for dinner.

I had cheese sticks from Auchan, which are absolutely wonderful, in fact most of their bakery products.
I cut the sticks lengthwise in half and greased them with a little butter. The fish (which may not necessarily be sprat, but also sardines, herring or whatever you prefer) I crushed with a fork and spread it over the baguettes. I sprinkled cheese on top (I preferred the smoked one for extra flavor).
I put the baguettes in the oven in the pan, on baking paper, until the cheese melts. Simple, right? This baguette is very good and, after a busy day, the fact that it is prepared quickly is another plus.
