Quick donuts

In a bowl put flour, sugar, baking powder, lemon peel, salt, egg, vanilla sugar, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and a suitable dough is obtained. Add a tablespoon of oil and continue to knead the dough obtained until it is incorporated. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and spread the dough to a thickness of approx. 1 cm. With the help of a mold I cut the donuts from the spread dough.

I fried the cut donuts in hot oil until they browned. Take them out on a paper napkin and then sprinkle them with powdered sugar (some of them) and some with chocolate sauce.

And simple and fast!


Donuts in the oven

Definitely the healthiest way to make donuts is this & # 8211 in the oven. We enjoy the taste of a classic dessert, which everyone loves, without worrying that we eat fried foods, without sitting down to guard each donut for fear of burning or soaking in too much oil. A healthy method, much less demanding (in terms of time and effort) and as tasty as the original method of making donuts.

  1. Put a third of the lukewarm milk in a large bowl. Crush the yeast inside and let it sit for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, combine the rest of the milk with the sugar and butter. Add to large bowl, stir. Add the egg, stir until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the flour, nutmeg and salt and mix until smooth. If the dough is sticky, add more flour until it is gone.
  3. Knead the dough on a surface powdered with flour for 5 minutes / until the dough is soft, elastic. Form a large bowl of it, which you put in a lightly greased bowl (so that it doesn't stick to it), cover with cling film and let it rise until it doubles.
  4. Spread the dough with a rolling pin, do not leave it very thick because in the oven it will double / triple its size.
  5. With a normal glass, cut out the donuts. If you want to make the ones with a hole, it's simple: with a glass of brandy or a lipstick lid / glass stopper, cut out the center of the donut.
  6. Preheat the oven to high temperature. Put a parchment paper on a tray, put the donuts on it. Cover with a clean towel and leave for 45 minutes.
  7. Put the donuts in the oven for 7-10 minutes (check that they do not burn). Take them out, leave them to cool for 5 minutes and then cover them in the chocolate icing made according to the recipe here or, more simply, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

Quick cow cheese donuts!

Donuts are the favorite dessert of children, but also of adults. Try this quick recipe that will conquer your family!

INGREDIENT:

-2 teaspoons of baking powder

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Spread the cheese with eggs and sugar, using the vertical blender.

2.Add baking powder and flour. Then mix and knead the dough on the floured worktop.

3. Form a dough bar, which you divide into 3 pieces.

4. From each piece of dough, shape a string and cut it into pieces of the same size.

5.Round the small pieces of dough and fry them in hot oil.

Advice. The oil must be hot, but not burnt.

6. Remove the donuts on kitchen towels, which will soak up the excess oil.


Simple donuts, no leaven

I had a craving for something sweet, fast and good and when I discover there that I was not alone :)) Cristina Rusu, had already made a craving for sweets some simple donuts, without extremely good fermentation, but until she wrote me the recipe for wonders I've searched the internet so it turned out to be a combination of several recipes and with personal influences, as usual and let's not forget I made the recipe twice below, because they are so good that the first ones were eaten absolutely immediately.

1 teaspoon ground anise

Because I still received the robot I wanted for my birthday, now I put it to work whenever I have the opportunity, but this recipe is so simple that it can be made by hand if you don't have a robot.

I put eggs, sugar, anise, cinnamon in the food processor and mixed them well, then I added the yogurt.

I mixed a little more and finally, I added flour mixed with baking powder. I homogenized the composition and that's it.
I heated the oil in a pan, when the oil was well heated I soaked a tablespoon in oil and then I took the dough with it and fried it.

I fried it well on both sides and then I took out the donuts in a bowl in which I put paper towels to absorb the excess oil.

I powdered them with vanilla-flavored powdered sugar and ate them, but I repeated the operation with a second portion that is still waiting to be eaten :))

An extremely simple, cheap and fast dessert that I recommend you try.


Hurry up

Ingredient:
- 100 g of cottage cheese
- 100 g grated cheese
- 100 g telemea rasa
- 2 husband eggs
- 50 g flour
- marar

Method of preparation:

Mix the cheeses well with the back of the fork to homogenize. Add whole eggs, flour and finely chopped dill. The composition should be more consistent. Take a spoonful of the tip from the composition, roll it on the table or on a nylon sheet sprinkled with flour, forming a roll 2 cm in diameter, which you then cut into 2 cm pieces. You shape them into a ball and give them flour. You prepare them all and place them on the table. Pour 1/2 l of oil into a 1 l saucepan and let it heat up. Put a piece of dough in the oil, like a grain of corn and, when it rises to the surface and browns, it means that you can put the donuts. You place them next to each other, not crowded, because they grow when baked. Turn them over so that they brown nicely all around, then take them out with a whisk or a fork. Serve immediately hot, as they are removed, as an appetizer.

Simple and delicious! Thus, you saved time, and the guests will surely be satisfied with them quick appetizers!


FLUFFY DONUTS AT WAFFLES MAKER

I recently left you my recipe for fluffy donuts in the oven, but being a leavened dough, the waiting times are quite long. I thought, put my imagination to work and forget what came out:

Mini fluffy donuts, without yeast, ready in 15 minutes at the waffles maker. The recipe can easily become baby friendly, giving up the sugar and salt in the composition or reducing the amount according to the age of the children.

I used Grania flour for cakes to make the dough and, you know, although it looks like mini waffles, the taste is donut!

INGREDIENTS

250 g Grania flour for cakes

I melted the butter, then mixed it (on purpose) with the egg, milk, sugar, spice mix and salt. I mixed, then I added flour and baking powder. I mixed it with a fork to get a thick but sticky dough.

With the teaspoon, I put piles of dough in the waffle maker and baked them until lightly browned. (1-3 minutes, depending on the device).

You can serve them for breakfast or snack, powdered with sugar, jam or, why not, filled (glued in pairs) like honeycombs from childhood with chocolate cream, magiun with nuts or vanilla pudding.

Like at home: Quick donuts, without leaven

We often crave some fluffy donuts, but the process by which they materialize actually makes us crave.

We need to knead, leave to rise and knead again, and the multitude of recipes that circulate could be another element that will cut our appetite. And yet, there are simple options that can give us the opportunity to make a sweet surprise to our loved ones. You can make hot and fluffy donuts in just 20 minutes!

Donut recipe

Ingredient:

1 pinch of salt
juice from a lemon
1 piece vial free of rum
6 sachets of vanilla sugar
50 g sugar
3 pieces of eggs
600 g yogurt
1 sachet of baking powder
500 g flour
oil
1 sachet of powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

Mix in a bowl the eggs with yogurt, rum essence, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Separately mix the baking powder with the flour. Wrap the flour in the wet dough until smooth.

Heat the oil in a higher saucepan or skillet. Take a tablespoon of the donut mixture and pour in the hot oil. Each tablespoon of dough will become a fluffy donut. If they don't come back on their own, turn the donuts on the other side when they turn golden.

When they are ready, remove the donuts on a paper towel to drain the excess oil, and finally powder with sugar. Good appetite!
