3. Ice Latte with caramel

If you want something sweeter, then you might want to try some caramel coffee. The recipe is just as simple and quite similar.

The coffee, filtered or espresso, is prepared in the same way and left to cool. At least at room temperature, but if you're not in a hurry, it's much better to let it cool in the fridge. If you put it still hot, the ice will melt and it will no longer be exactly "Ice" Latte.

We are going to put the ice in a glass or cup. We pour the caramel syrup first. We are going to pour the coffee and finally the milk. Mix with a teaspoon and you're done.
