We wash the chicken breast and boil it in salted water,
Meanwhile, clean the carrots, parsnips, celery, onions, cut them into pieces and boil (after we have gathered the foam formed by the meat) the bay leaves and thyme.
Let everything boil very well.
When they are cooked, take out the vegetables and the chicken breast.
Add more water over the juice, add the sliced chicken breast, sliced carrots and bring to a boil again.
In a bowl add sour cream, egg yolks and flour, mix gradually adding soup (about 3-4 Polish)
Then add over the soup and stir continuously.
Let it boil for about 10 minutes, during which time add the crushed garlic, a little vinegar, salt, pepper to taste,
In the meantime we clean the snot and put it through the small grater,
Heat a little oil and add the carrot, (when it has hardened I added a little paprika) let it harden a little and add it to the soup to give a nice color to the soup,
Add chopped parsley (I didn't have and I added a few sprigs of chopped green onions),
